All of our students at Wesley are special and talented in some way. God has blessed each of us with tremendous gifts and potential, each unique and designed to shine at designated moments in our lives.
At times, we like to recognize and congratulate some of the special accomplishments that some of our students achieve outside of their studies at Wesley. Today, we wanted to introduce you to one of our Grade 5 students who had an exciting opportunity two weeks ago.
This Grade 5 student had a lead role in a traditional Korean play called “The Memoirs of Lady Hyegyeong“. There were two days of rehearsals and two days of performances. Both shows were sold out and the audiences were very moved! During the performances, our Grade 5 student was very busy with four different costume changes!
Below are some photos of the preparations and performance. The mayor of Toronto and the Prime Minister even wrote their congratulations to the cast! Bravo!!!
